On-call 24/7 for you from 37 – 42 weeks of your due date

Guidance on prenatal exercises, comfort measures and coping strategies
Guidance on postpartum planning and preparation
Access to various resources and referrals
Physical, emotional, and educational support during your labor and birth
Immediate postpartum support after the birth

Virtual Doula Services
The virtual birth doula support package includes the following:
Free virtual introductory consultation
Virtual prenatal meetings prior to your birth
Email, phone, and texting support from time of contract signing
On call for you from 37-42 weeks of your due date
Assistance with creating a birth plan
Virtual guidance on prenatal exercises, comfort measures, and coping strategies
Access to various resources and referrals
Virtual labor and birth support (Text, Phone, FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.)
Virtual support for the immediate postpartum time, 1-2 hours after birth (Text, Phone, FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc).
Postpartum gift sent to your home
Frequent text/phone check-ins post birth
1 virtual postpartum follow-up
Virtual Doula Support Package is $1500
Prenatal Ala Carte Services
Prenatal Prep Services:
Mamas choosing prenatal prep services receive the following:
Prenatal visits
Birth preferences planning
Access to resource library and local referrals,
Movements for labor
Postpartum preparation
*Please note that prenatal services do not include birth doula support on the day of labor. This is prenatal prep only.
Prenatal Services Package is $750
Birth Planning Consultation:
Mamas choosing birth planning consultation receive the following:
One in person visit, lasting 1-2 hours where we will discuss your goals for birth
Assistance with putting together a birth plan
One follow up conversation via phone to go over any final edits or suggestions
*Please note that birth planning consultations do not include other prenatal prep or birth doula support on the day of labor.
Birth Planning Consultation Package is $200.
Movement in Labor Class:
Mamas choosing the Movement in Labor class will receive the following:
One in person class, going over purposeful movement in labor and an understanding of how these positions can impact pregnancy and birth.
Participants will go home with a Movement in Labor guide as well as several prenatal and labor positions to support balance and mobility.
*Please note that the Movement in Labor class does not include other prenatal prep or birth doula support on the day of labor.
Movement in Labor Class is $250.
