Virtual Doula Services
The virtual birth doula support package includes the following:

Virtual labor and birth support (Text, Phone, FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.)
Virtual support for the immediate postpartum time, 1-2 hours after birth (Text, Phone, FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc).

Mamas choosing prenatal prep services receive the following:

Prenatal Services Package is $800
Birth Planning Consultation:
Mamas choosing birth planning consultation receive the following:
One in person visit, lasting approximately 1.5-2 hours where we will discuss your goals for birth
Assistance with putting together a birth plan
One follow up conversation via phone to go over any final edits or suggestions
*Please note that birth planning consultations do not include other prenatal prep or birth doula support on the day of labor.
Birth Planning Consultation Package is $250.
Movement in Labor Class:
Mamas choosing the Movement in Labor class will receive the following:
This 2 hour, in-person group class is held at Authentic Birth Center in Wauwatosa on the 2nd Monday evening of each month. This class is taught by three Body Ready Birth Pros (Sue Pokorny, Kim Duran, and myself) who are passionate about guiding expecting parents the value of movement in labor as well as the whys behind that movement. In this class, we will go over how to maximize pelvic and body mobility, both for the prenatal period as well as for labor and birth. Class includes both instruction time as well as valuable hands on experience. Recommended for couples to attend together!
Participants will go home with a Movement in Labor guide as well as several prenatal and labor positions to support balance and mobility.
*Please note that the Movement in Labor class does not include other prenatal prep or birth doula support on the day of labor.
